Troy Goddard, founder, and CEO of Goddard's HVAC Service, believes in building relationships earned through trust and integrity. Troy's father, a business owner himself, instilled from a young age the importance of education, honesty, and hard work. Brought up in a family of tradesmen, Troy understands the importance of thorough work to earn your trust.
Goddard's HVAC Service began from humble beginnings. Troy grew up in an environment where he wasn't projected to live past 25. Through these hardships, Troy learned how to avoid certain situations and be mindful of who he surrounded himself with. Troy worked hard to stay ahead of schoolwork in high school and was a competitive basketball player with sights set on FSU. A torn ACL changed his trajectory.
When the ACL injury halted his dream of playing at FSU, it didn't stop Troy from moving forward. He experimented in family trades like electrician and plumber but found a passion for HVAC work. South Florida Academy of AC became the perfect fit for Troy's natural curiosity and "hands-on" learning style.
Troy became a sponge over the next six years after trade school. In the HVAC workforce, he learned what worked what didn't work and, most importantly, built trust through transparency and going the extra mile. Always asking questions, Troy would diligently seek out the root cause of each issue he encountered. This led to an instrumental mentor who taught him tricks of the trade that gave him the unique ability to identify emerging problems that often save his customers valuable time and money.
In 2019, Troy proudly launched Goddard's HVAC Service. "Neglect is the biggest issue for HVAC problems," says Troy. He's a strong advocate of routine maintenance to prevent avoidable system outages and extend the lifespan of your HVAC. Every day Troy honors his father's memory by operating his business with authentic relationships built on trust & integrity at the forefront.
